As a teacher, as well as in my own practice, I am very inspired both by the tradition of Astanga and the ingenuity of Vinyasa Flow. Weaving together the strong base of a classical practice with the freedom of a creative approach, I wish to teach asanas from a dynamic perspective, as well as focusing on correct alignment and bio-mechanics. Breathwork plays a central part in supporting the practice throughout each posture, allowing to tune in with the subtle layers of the body. If the students are comfortable with touch, I will give hands-on adjustments, in order to help understanding and deepening the postures.

I offer private and semi-private (small groups) led classes, which can be tailored to your individual needs and curiosity. For more information about rate and location, please use the contact page!
